  Medical Case Manager

     Angela has 9 years of experience as a Registered Nurse; this includes acute care nursing, nursing education and disease case management. She obtained her Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from Bellarmine University in 1998.She started working with Preferred Case Management in 2007. She is employed with PCM as an onsite case manager.

     Angela is a dependable nurse who strives to develop good relationships with patients and physicians and employers. Angela enjoys her role as a patient advocate and is dedicated to helping her patients through the care continuum. So the patient can achieve maximum improvement and return to work in a timely manner.

     Angela serves patients in Louisville, Central and Southern Indiana.
