Our History
Preferred Case Management was started in Febuary 2005 by Lisa and Darren Coke. Our goal was to create a cost containtment company with the primary focus being on client satisfaction. We felt this could be achieved by developing true partnership and by not simply being a vendor to our client.
Since 2005, Preferred Case Management has grown from two employees to 13 employees covering Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana,West Virginia and Tennessee.
Growth for the sake of growth is not our goal! Fulfilling the needs of our loyal customers and claimants are our primary objectives. By doing this we will achieve growth and successful outcomes.
