Judith Fielden, RN, BS, CCMM
  Medical Case Manager

     Judith has 34 years of experience as a Registered Nurse; that includes general medical surgical, new born nursery, home health, rehabilitation facility, geriatric case management and 10 years in Rehabilitation and Worker's Compensation. She held several management positions to include Director of Nursing. Judith received her Certified Case Manager in 2001.

     Judith obtained her RN Diploma in 1973 from St. Mary's School of Nursing in Knoxville, Tennessee. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Community Health from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois in 1993. She has worked with a regional case management firm and joined Preferred Case Management in 2007.

     Most co-worker and clients recognize her as assertive with attention to detail and a good resource for questions. Judith has to ability to communicate with a wide variety of backgrounds. Her philosophy is, if medical is appropriate and timely there is a positive outcome for everyone.

     Judith provides case management for the central, northern and southern Kentucky.
