  Medical Case Manager

      Michele has 12 years experience of medical surgical, geriatric, and mental health nursing. For the last 7 years she has been specializing in worker's compensation injuries. She received her Certified Case Manager certification in 2006.

      Michele comes to us from Alaska, where she graduated from University of Alaska, Anchorage in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has experience working with a wide range of ethnic patients and is able to rise to a challenge.

      Michele is disciplined and works in a timely manner to achieve return to work goals and successful closure of a case.

      Michele provides case management for the Louisville, Western and Central Kentucky area.
